PREVIEW to RISA'S Complimentary Coaching Group. Is it for me?

About this Event

Women 50 and older:

Due to an overwhelming interest to my invitation to host a free four-week coaching group, I'm asking those interested to attend this zoom session. This invitation is extended to women 50 and up.

Even it you are not sure you can make the session, please do register. By doing so I can commumicate with you going forward.

The ZOOM link for this session will be sent to those registered here.

I will share what you can expect and answer any questions you have before you decide to participate. This will also help to set up the groups/schedules.

When you join a coaching group you make a commitment to yourself and the others in the group to be an active participant; fully present and engaged without distractions.

The value of a group is shared ideas, feedback and accountability! When you set a goal and know that you will be checking in with others, there is a better chance you will follow through. Some goals take longer than four weeks to achieve. Even if you can accomplish something small it's a beginning, and what better time to start than now - Spring.
