SUMMARY:  Great Time!  My thanks to Paul for his organization and talking to me on the phone, even though we never connected!

AND my thanks to the two good looking gentlemen I met in the Princeton Turning Basin Park on Alexander Road who encouraged me to tag along.

Afraid my bum knee would not hold up, but anxious to walk the Trenton piece of the trail, I drove down to Carnegie Rd (south of Mrs. G's), parked, and hobbled along south, departing at 8am.  At…

I'm glad I met Divina and we had each other to keep our spirits up because those last 10 miles were a killer. Hope to see you on the next walk.

After the last long walk, I am looking into a more efficient way of doing the long distance walking. I am investigating the Chi walking or running system. I think that may benefit all of us. See you in the next loooooong walk.

Hello Henry - I'm glad your knee held up and I hope to see you on another practice walk.  I'm a little sore today but kept up a good pace yesterday.   I can't imagine walking 40 miles though. - Kr., Paul
