I've run into a Chi practitioner and I'd be interested to know more. I've taken a Tai chi class and I still practice in a small way. Maybe you could create a group here in FreeWalkers for Chi Walkers.

yeah, the app looks like it could really be useful. On the footwear, I use a trail running shoe - Merrill Moabs. You are right that its quite a variety of terrains but I would favor the running shoe over the hiking boot. The trails are not too bad if you are careful and the running shoe gives you more speed which you will need ;-)

Yes, we will wait. I just checked and it looks like it might be 6:59 at Millburn. Regardless, we'll wait till that train comes in. I or someone else will be there to show you where to go directly to pick up the trail.
BTW - there is an earlier train too. #0303 but not sure where it originates. Gets in at 6:35 am.
