The Hudson River Loop Walk - 2013 at Hudson River - NJ and NY

A one-day 30-mile walk along the Hudson bordering NYC and NJ. NJ2NY50 - The Big Walk - 2013 at Metropark, Iselin NJ to Penn Station New York

This is our fourth annual super distance walk and our premier challenge event. We average about 60 participants with usually less than 10 going the entire distance. I'm so glad it worked out and wished I could have done more. That's the problem with some of these walks where I cant get full support. But I am so proud of you guys and especially Jazyln for seeing it through to Long Branch.

We ran late and a group of about 15 of us took the 8:45 train from Asbury. It was a long day. I think you will agree that the 20 mph headwind added to the difficulty this year on those miles from Sandy Hook.

Thanks for writing back on this and hope to see you again in the near future. I'll arrange for Jaz's award to be picked up soon and let you know.

It was great walking with both of you!

I was just wondering if you - and Jazlyn - were planning on attending this weekend's walk/celebration. 

The reason I ask is that we planned to award Jazlyn best young walker award (a secret right now). If you guys cant make it, I'll still see she gets the award.
