NOTE: This is a change of starting and ending points. The walk is the same. (The original venue - Surf City Bar - is not expected to be opened by Sunday.)
Join the FreeWalkers for a 3 hour walk (about 7 miles) of Jersey City in Liberty State Park which sports a spectacular view of the NYC skyline, Ellis Island, Statue of LIberty, Ferry Building and WTC Monument as well as Liberty Pointe.
his is an informal walk starting around 1:00 which will make the entire loop around the park, stopping at some sights, and end at the Zeppelin Beer Hall. This is the FreeWalkers 2012 Celebration and Reunion. It's FREE and everyone is invited. Bring friends and family.
For those, (like myself) who missed a few miles on the Big Walk, this will cover those shaved off miles in Liberty State Park to help complete the X-Jersey Challenge 2012.
